LLC “Zakamskaya Foundry Company” has in its Arsenal of modern laboratory equipment is capable for mastering and manufacturing of castings almost from any metal and alloy, with specified technical requirements.

In the constant production program of our company to date are following metals and alloys:

• 1. Grey, high-strength, heat-resistant, wear-resistant cast iron according GOST 1412-85, GOST 7293-85, GOST 7769-82;
• 2. Steel GOST 977-88, including high-alloy;
• 3. Alloys based on Nickel (nikarin, nikorim);
• 4. The alloys according to the technical conditions of the customer.

With modern technology development the entire more specific information on cast irons, steels, about the correlation and designation of the chemical elements entering at their composition, can be found in the technical literature and the Internet, on our website you can see the samples of the produced products.

Alloys based on Nickel, released in our factory, are used for the manufacture of tooling for tube-rolling mills. These alloys have high hardness and resistance at high temperature, characterized by a worthy resistance in service.
